第九十七条 对违反治安管理行为人，公安机关传唤后应当及时询问查证，询问查证的时间不得超过八小时；涉案人数众多、违反治安管理行为人身份不明的，询问查证的时间不得超过十二小时；情况复杂，依照本法规定可能适用行政拘留处罚的，询问查证的时间不得超过二十四小时。在执法办案场所询问违反治安管理行为人，应当全程同步录音录像。

All of this brings me back to the question that's been haunting me since discovering the Dreamie: Is it ridiculous to spend $250 on an alarm clock/noise machine?
